The host, Kathlyn, is a nutritionist, CNS candidate, health coach, yoga teacher, ThetaHealer, and author.

She is ready to discuss all the topics that contribute to our overall wellness.

Every person deserves to know all the different ways that we can achieve health and wellness in our Western society.

We have been conditioned to think that the Standard American Diet is good for our bodies and that Western medicine is the only answer when we are sick.
